In-Store Part & Hardware Purchases:
All part purchases require original packaging accompanied by a receipt within fifteen(15) days of purchase. Restocking fees may be added for opened items. Special order items may not be returned or refunded without prior written approval.
Payments:
Effective April 25, 2022, there will be a 3% surcharge for using credit cards. There is no fee for using debit cards, cash or check. The surcharge will show as a separate line item on your credit card receipt.
We do not give change more than $20 on large bills.
Sight Unseen Estimates:
Sight unseen estimates are provided based on approximate information. Quotes are valid for 15 days from original date given. Beyond 30 days prices are subject to change. Prices subject to change upon site walk and actual time and materials needed. Please note: We only schedule service calls to measure if we are installing the product. If customer decides to self-install, you are required to provide your own dimensions. If you schedule a service call to measure and decide to self-install after, the service call will be chargeable and you will still be required to provide your own dimensions.
Custom Orders:
Payments in full are required for all custom orders. All orders whether fabricated in shop or ordered from a vendor are custom and can not be cancelled, returned or refunded for any reason; including but not limited to Acts of God or Pandemic/Epidemic related cancellations.
Supply Only Orders:
Payments in full are required for all supply only orders. Moule's California Glass, Inc. is not responsible for customer supplied dimensions. It is the customers responsibility for providing accurate information on supply only orders. If products need to be altered after order is commenced or after product pick-up, customer may incur additional charges to modify products. It is the customers responsibility to confirm accuracy of order at purchase AND pick-up and inspect for any damages prior to leaving the office. Damages notated after leaving may be subject to remake charges.
Customer Samples:
While we try to take extra care of any customer items or samples received, we ask that you bring appropriate storage blankets, cardboard or wrapping to better protect and secure your items until and at pick up.
Manufacturer Warranty:
Any manufacturer warranties are subject to specific manufacture guidelines. See your products warranty sheet for additional information. Moule's California Glass, Inc. is not responsible for upholding manufacture warranties. It is the customers responsibility to ensure registration and storage of warranty paperwork for the life of your product.
Auto Glass Warranty for installs prior to 2021:
Workmanship Warranty:
Moule's California Glass, Inc. offers a "1 year residential & commercial workmanship warranty" from date of install to the original owner across all products we install. This does not include damage, improper use or normal wear & tear after installation. Any service calls or adjustments needed after 1 year are chargeable. Parts may be covered by the manufacturer at the manufactures discretion. Visit our warranty page here for more details.
In Home Installations:
Maintenance:
Customer is responsible for the maintenance & care of all products. Installation of aftermarket items, improper care or failure to appropriately clean and maintain products will result in voiding any warranties. Check with our office on the proper care & maintenance for you products or visit our warranties page.
